I went to my first Iyengar Yoga class at university and immediately knew that I'd found something life-changing – a practice that is challenging, both physically and mentally, and at the same time deeply grounding.
I trained at Maida Vale, London, a world-renowned centre for Iyengar Yoga, and now teach in East London and online.
I aim to bring classical Iyengar teaching to my students, exploring a full range of poses to keep the body and mind agile, flexible, balanced and strong. My classes are suitable for general-level students – I encourage everyone to work at their own pace and deepen their understanding of their own practice.
