  • Morning sessions are grounding yet energising — helping you start the day calm, clear, and steady through breathwork, intention-setting, and mindful focus.

  • 30-minute evening sessions provide a calm pause at the end of the day — ideal if you want to unwind, release tension, and transition into rest.

  • 45-minute evening sessions allow for deeper relaxation and nervous system settling — perfect when you need to fully switch off, soften the body, and prepare for restful sleep.

Each class offers a supportive space to slow down, breathe, and return to a sense of ease.
