Mindful Practice:
Cindy aligns practices with the moon cycle, recommending meditative practices during full and new moons for deeper reflection and awareness.
Background and Training:
Originally from Italy, born in Switzerland, and raised in France, Cindy brings a rich cultural perspective to her practice. Her training in California and mentorship under Gigi Snyder and John Gaydos enrich her teaching with global insights.
