I guide breathwork sessions designed to help you slow down, reset, and reconnect with yourself. My classes are gentle, accessible, and open to all levels - whether you’re completely new to breathwork or looking to deepen your practice.

Having moved through burnout and loads of grief in my own life, I understand how overwhelming the nervous system can feel. That’s why my approach is calm, grounded, and supportive. Together, we explore simple but powerful breathing techniques that help regulate stress, clear mental fog, and restore your energy.

If you’ve been feeling tired, overstimulated, or just not quite yourself, this space is for you.

You don’t need experience or flexible body. You just need your breath.
