I guide breathwork sessions designed to help you slow down, reset, and reconnect with yourself. My classes are gentle, accessible, and open to all levels - whether you’re completely new to breathwork or looking to deepen your practice.
Having moved through burnout and loads of grief in my own life, I understand how overwhelmed the nervous system can get. That’s why my approach is calm, grounded, and supportive.
Alongside breathwork, I also offer gentle 30-minute Yin sessions on Mondays. Perfect if you’re just starting out or want a soft and supportive practice to start your week well. The postures are held for shorter periods, so you can ease into the practice without feeling overwhelmed.
If you’ve been feeling tired, overstimulated, or just not quite yourself, this space is for you.
You don’t need experience or flexible body. You just need a small space on the floor, yourself and your breath.
