Karolina is a London-based yoga teacher specialising in yin yoga, slow flow, and breathwork - guiding students who are tired, overstimulated, and ready to come home to themselves.
With 200 hours of vinyasa training, 50 hours in yin, and 35 hours in pranayama and breathwork, she brings a grounded, nervous-system-aware approach to every class. Her teaching is calm, accessible, and built for real life - not the highlight reel.
Having moved through burnout and grief in my own life, I know what it feels like when your nervous system just can't settle. That's what shapes the way I teach - slow, supportive, and always breath-led.
My classes are open to complete beginners. You don't need flexibility, experience, or a perfect yoga wardrobe. You need a small space on the floor and a willingness to slow down.
Right now I'm teaching:
🌿 Yin yoga with breathwork - longer held postures, deep rest, a space to genuinely land
🌬️ Slow flow with breathwork - gentle movement woven with breath awareness, perfect if you want something a little more active but still deeply calming
