Hello and welcome,
I’m a yoga and somatic practitioner with over 15 years of teaching experience, specialising in Yin Yoga, Somatic Movement, Yoga Nidra, nervous system regulation, and embodied awareness practices.
My work is rooted in softness, presence, and the understanding that the body is not something to force or fix, but something to listen to.
I guide students through gentle, restorative practices that help release tension, improve mobility, calm the nervous system, and reconnect the body and mind through awareness-based movement and stillness. Many of my classes are especially supportive for stress, modern postural tension, fatigue, overwhelm, and the effects of busy, demanding lifestyles.
Alongside group classes, I also offer deeply personalised sessions, including trauma-informed Yoga Nidra and somatic practices designed to support nervous system safety, relaxation, and inner grounding.
I am the author of two books exploring somatic awareness and embodied healing, and I also teach online courses focused on somatic release and modern body tension.
