Welcome!
With over fifteen years of teaching experience and more than 500 hours of yoga teacher training, my work has gradually evolved towards gentle, restorative and somatically informed practices that support the body in finding greater ease.
My sessions are grounded in the understanding that modern life places considerable demands on both body and mind. Long hours of sitting, stress, injury, fatigue and the pace of everyday living can leave us feeling tense, disconnected or simply exhausted.
Rather than striving for flexibility or physical performance, each session offers an invitation to slow down, listen inwardly and rediscover the body's natural capacity for rest, balance and ease.
My approach is trauma-aware, inclusive and welcoming. Classes are suitable for beginners, those returning to movement after injury, and anyone seeking a gentler, more compassionate relationship with their body.
Many people initially come looking for gentle stretching or relaxation. Along the way, they often discover something less tangible but equally valuable—a quieter mind, a steadier nervous system, and a renewed sense of trust in themselves.
I am the author of RELEASE – Gentle Practices Everyday Tension, Pain and the Modern Body

My first book is The Soma Awakens: Reclaiming the Body's Inner Intelligence through Somatic Wisdom. I also created Somatic Awareness and Nervous System Awareness for Yoga Teachers, a course exploring the integration of somatic awareness within contemporary yoga teaching.
My work is informed by ongoing study in yoga, somatics and contemplative traditions, together with a deep respect for each person's unique journey. I believe that healing cannot be forced, only gently supported, and that every individual should remain free to discover the practices that resonate with them.
