Tammy has been exploring yoga, Buddhism, spirituality, and alternative therapies for over 20 years. After leaving office life to travel, she immersed herself in meditation retreats, Ayurvedic massage, and yoga teacher training.
Tammy trained with the Vajrasati school and is also a qualified yoga therapist. She loves to share yoga for its therapeutic benefits. In her classes, she weaves postures, philosophy, meditation, and sound in a way that is kind, mindful, grounded, and playful.
Since 2018, Tammy has taught in a wide range of communities—from drop-in classes to mental health recovery groups, schools, and local charities. She also works for a local yoga charity and is passionate about making yoga accessible to all and sharing its benefits in every setting.
