Hello, my name is Zuzana, welcome to this space!

I teach yoga for people who want to release stress and tension in body and mind, slow down, and reconnect with their wholeness.

Drawing on my background in psychology and neuroscience, my approach integrates modern science with ancient yogic traditions. I craft experiences that help you regulate your nervous system, strenghten your body, and give your mind genuine permission to release and reset.

Whether in a dynamic Vinyasa flow or a slow breathwork practice, I hold space with compassion and attentiveness to meet you exactly where you are. No pressure or performance, just supportive presence.

After my class, you will feel restored, rejuvenated, and empowered to deepen your yoga practice on and off the mat.
