Nikki Jones
Nikki has been passionate about her yoga practice for more than ten years with her journey transitioning from student to teacher in 2021 when Bend Over Backwards Yoga Ltd. was born!
With practices focusing on movement, mobility and meditation, the practice brings a contemporary twist on the traditional practice. While moving through the basic movements relatively slowly, it allows the students to find comfort physically and mentally to maximise the impact of the practice.
