You can browse through our yoga teachers or our online classes, click on "book this class" for the class you selected, and follow the instructions: enter first name, last name and card number, then click pay.
If it's your first time you'll have to create an account, but it's very quick, we only ask for the minimum.
If you received a link from your teacher, just click on the link, and sign up, you’ll automatically follow the teacher who invited you so you can book a class.
We send you booking confirmation and video emails, and you can always access the classes you booked via your bookings page or your dashboard.
The platform is web based, meaning you can access it on a browser on any device.
For the yoga lessons, you will need to download the Zoom app or download Google Meet if you haven't yet. Teachers can use either. We advise you to use a desktop computer when possible to be able to see the teacher clearly.
If the video keeps freezing, it is a sign that your internet connection bandwidth is low. We recommend a bandwidth of at least 1.5 Mbps (up/down). You can test your internet connection here.
We do not provide refunds for internet connection issues.
if the sound is too low, make sure you increase volume on your device and on the video platform.
You will be getting an email every Sunday with the schedule of the teachers you are following. When you book a class, you'll automatically follow that teacher, but you can follow more teachers by clicking on "follow" below each teacher's picture.
If you’re experiencing issues, you can try to clear your browsing history and refresh your page, or you can send us an email.
You can change your password in your account, or request a password reset.
Our payment system uses Stripe, a reliable worldwide payment partner that offers payments with debit or credit card, and accepts Visacard, Mastercard and American Express. All transactions happen in the Stripe infrastructure which is highly secured. We do not store any payment information and none transit on any of our infrastructure.

If you'd like to try a class with a teacher for free, let us know which teacher you'd like to try via contact and we'll get in touch with them. They are the ones who can offer a free coupon to their classes.
If you didn't receive your class video link, go to your profile and click on classes: the link is always available on your dashboard before the class - just click on "join now" when you are ready.
Sometimes email providers block automated emails; this is not something we can change from our side. You can also check your spam folder to see if the email got sent to your spam. If that's the case, mark the email as safe content so you receive it next time.
All our bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable. Make sure you can attend the class when you book!
The teacher will get your email address, name and surname. Teachers are allowed to download their contact list when leaving the platform, therefore they will be able to email you outside the platform.
If you have a teacher to recommend, please email us their details, and we’ll contact them on your behalf.
We do not offer class passes yet, but we are working on it ! All prices are decided by teachers, with a minimum of £5 (€6) per class.
Live Yoga Teachers do not record any class, and our T&Cs forbid students from recording classes.
Teachers are allowed to record their screen and their screen only.
In the future, we will offer to re-runs of classes, but again this will be the teacher's video only.
Make sure you plug in your device to have sufficient power for the entire class, position yourself in front of a white wall if possible, and avoid being backlit so the teacher can see you !
You can book a class up until the start of the class, but we recommend you to book at least 15mn before so you have time to set up your mat and your props, and to say hello to the teacher.
We believe that having the teacher watch you practice is what makes livestream classes so much better than recorded ones, so it is mandatory to have your camera on. If you would like to keep your camera off, please contact us beforehand or ask the teacher before the class.
The teacher will mute all participants to avoid background noise.
Yoga is known to improve balance, reduce stress, build strength, increase flexibility, improve sleep, reduced back pain, lowered inflammation, and much more. For many people, it’s life-changing. The key is consistent practice: the more yoga, the more you benefit.
We believe that online classes can help people practice more : you don't have to commute, so you can fit a practice easier in a busy day. And you don't need to live in a city to be able to practice with top teachers. Online yoga can also be a little cheaper than studio classes.
If you’re new to yoga, make sure you select a open level or beginner’s class, and have a chat with the teacher before the class so they are aware that it is your first class and keep an eye on you ;)
Yoga is not recommended if you are pregnant for less than 3 months. After 3 months, you can take pregnancy, pre/post natal, or restorative classes, but always ask the doctor, and let the teacher know about your condition before the class.
Yoga is for everyone, but people with high blood pressure, glaucoma, or sciatica, and women who are pregnant or in cycle should modify or avoid some yoga poses. If you are new to yoga and have a chronic illness or injury, check with your doctor before you begin. And always tell the teacher before the class about it!
Props requirement will differ depending on the type of yoga you are going to practice. You can check on the class description or on the teacher’s profile page. But dont worry, all you need is a mat, teachers can easily show you how to do without props. You can also improvise props (belt, tins, books, cushion, couch, bed..)
You can book a class for your child, just make sure you select a class designed for them (select “kids”) and be in the room with them during the duration of the class.
