Attending Georgia's Pilates classes regularly has helped so much with back pain and loss of core strength following babies! She is so dedicated to offering high quality classes and tailors them to the participants, always offering options for different ability levels.

Great class and fantastic instructor. She was able to help us adjust according to the space we had which was limited, and she also gave us a good mix of exercises for beginners with some challenges too. Overall it was a great experience and afterwards we felt refreshed and invigorated. I would definitely book her again.
