A ‘one stop shop’ where you can find the right toolkit that fits YOUR lifestyle! I run a number of special workshops and yoga retreats throughout the year. Don’t forget to check out our upcoming events page on our website.
I trained as a professional ballet and contemporary dancer, but after sustaining a serious back injury during my 5-year full time training I was forced to give up dancing and seek an alternative career path. While working as a Freelance Event Director in a demanding corporate and stress-filled environment for 27 years, Yoga became part of my therapeutics to manage chronic back pain and general physical & mental well-being. My love of movement was re-introduced and the pain relieved and diminished! Now, as a registered ‘Real Flow’ Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin and SUP Yoga instructor and a Reiki Usui II Practitioner, my approach to life and teaching is fun and energetic.
Whilst supporting you to find the many benefits a regular yoga practice can bring, my teachings offer a balance of comfort and challenge, through physical, mental and spiritual transformation through freeing the energy systems of the body, whilst introducing positive psychology as we find ‘Flow State’ in our lives on and off the mat.
I welcome you to your mat or board very soon.
