My classes focus on mindful movement that supports strength, balance, and emotional wellbeing. I offer clear guidance, encourage breath awareness, and create a calm, grounded atmosphere that helps students feel supported throughout their practice. I teach a range of styles including dynamic vinyasa yoga, restorative yoga and chair yoga.

Becky is an absolutely fantastic yoga teacher! Super supportive, with an amazingly positive and calm energy. Her instructions were super easy to follow and she had variations for people who needed an extra level of challenge and for people who needed to take things a bit gentler too. A really strong workout both for the body and mind. I will absolutely be joining her classes again!
