Alice is a certified Iyengar Teacher Level 1 and she has been practising Iyengar yoga since university.
With Alice, you’ll be exploring a full range of poses to keep the body and mind agile, flexible, balanced and strong.
Alice teaches a 1.5 hr General Iyengar class every Friday morning at 10am BST.

Josey Crane Burrows

Josey is a certified 65h Yin Yoga teacher and 200h Hatha Yoga teacher, as well as a massage therapist. She has been practising Yoga for more than 15 years in Singapore and in the UK.
Josey is all about functional yoga, yoga that everyone can enjoy, connecting every moment to the breath.
Josey teaches 1 hour Hatha classes twice a week, on Tuesday and on Friday at 10.30 am (BST).

Kerry is a certified 200 HR Vinyasa flow teacher and has studied nutrition, yoga breathing and meditation. Kerry teaches how to use the breath to help manage stress, unwind and relax.
Kerry teaches a 40 min breathing/ meditation/ relaxation class every Tuesday evening at 7.30pm BST.

Nasreen Potter

Nasreen is a certified Vinyasa teacher as well as a life and business coach. Nasreen is teaching a one hour Vinyasa Yoga class every Saturday morning at 08.30. You’ll be doing some standing poses and move through a paced practice with emphasis on alignment and breaths.

Natasha trained as a yoga teacher in 2018 with Sweat studios and qualified as a 200 hr Hatha yoga teacher. She advanced in her skills in trauma informed restorative yoga to provide rest and renew for her clients.

Paul is a certified Iyengar teacher. He started attending yoga classes to help with his posture for meditation and trained at Maida Vale. His calm, focused teaching style combines precise instruction and explanation with clear demonstration. Paul teaches a 1.5 hr Level 2 Iyengar class every Sunday morning at 10.
