Desk Yoga consists of simple stretches and poses that can be performed at the desk, making it ideal for breaking up long periods of sitting. It can be practised in person or online, it doesn't require a mat but it does require a chair.
Pilates is a form of low-impact exercise that aims to strengthen muscles while improving postural alignment and flexibility. It focuses on core strength, balance, and stability. It can be practised in person or online and requires a mat.
Meditation is a practice where an individual uses techniques such as mindfulness or focusing the mind on a particular object, thought, or activity to train attention and awareness, achieving a mentally clear and emotionally calm state. We provide guided meditation sessions by one of our experienced teachers for 30 minutes to one hour. It can be practised in person or online, with a mat or without a mat.
A sound bath is a form of sound therapy where participants are "bathed" in the sound waves of gongs and singing bowls, creating a deeply meditative state. It’s an immersive experience that can help alleviate stress and promote relaxation. It can be practised in person or online, with a mat or without a mat.
Yoga Nidra, also called "yogic sleep" is essentially a technique used to slow down the racing thoughts in the mind and bring you to a state of deep, replenishing relaxation. It can be practised in person or online, with a mat or without a mat.
