Deepak Singh

I have more than 10 years of yogic practice rooted in the Astanga Vinayasa and Hath Yoga traditions. I have good practice of Level 1 and Level 2 (aka the Astanga Primary and Intermediate Series).

I have been practicing and teaching various yogic practices of Hath Yoga, e.g., Sukshma Vyayam (micro movement), Sthool Vyayam (macro movement), and Asana sequences like the Pawan Muktasana Series. The Hatha yoga traditions of Pranayam and Shatkarma Kriyas of Neti, Dhauti, and Nauli are part of my practice. I like creating yogic sequences for various health conditions, e.g., digestion, back pain, sciatica, etc. 

I create short drills for handstands, deep backbends, and core strength training. I practice and teach Indian Hindu push-ups and different styles of Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutations) challenges for developing strength, stamina, and stability.
