In my teens, I was an aspiring swimmer but it was discovered I had serious hip deformities. In my 20's I was told I had chronic arthritis and needed both hips replaced within the year. It was then that I discovered yoga, a path that enabled me to put off the replacements for over 20 years. The journey that began for physical reasons led me to the understanding that the mental journey was equally important. It is this knowledge and strength that I want to pass onto others. I have written 2 courses for schools teachers to teach in schools and also a course on stress called 'Stress Less'. My classes are a relaxing journey with the aim of each individual getting the maximum from their own bodies and mind.
