I’ve been practising Scaravelli - inspired yoga for 25 years and teaching for five. This is a gentle and strengthening form of yoga exploring Hatha postures with preparations and breath awareness. It is a mindful practice, paying attention to gravity and how the body can move with less effort and in a functional way.
I’ve taught classes both online and in person for four years for the Workers Education Association. One of these classes has been a weekly class for people with a wide range of conditions. Scaravelli yoga has been life – saving for me. I highly recommend it to support your mental health, as well as to feel strong and healthy.
