Hi, my name is Laura. I teach mostly mindful flow classes, breathwork and meditation. I believe time on the mat can give us the opportunity to get to know ourselves better, to move and feel better and to have a little time to refocus and reconnect in an otherwise hectic world.
I teach with a combination of alignment details, options and the space to explore.. playing with a dynamic balance of clear instructions and the space to feel the poses and the breath.
My classes build strength & mobility and are friendly, welcoming and open to all - just come as you are :)
