Laura Waddoups

Hi, my name is Laura. I teach mostly mindful flow classes, breathwork and meditation. I believe time on the mat can give us the opportunity to get to know ourselves better, to move and feel better and to have a little time to refocus and reconnect in an otherwise hectic world.

I teach with a combination of alignment details, options and the space to explore.. playing with a dynamic balance of clear instructions and the space to feel the poses and the breath.

My classes build strength & mobility and are friendly, welcoming and open to all - just come as you are :)

I've been attending Laura's classes for a month now, and I absolutely love them. The morning sessions leave me feeling energized and ready to start my day, while the evening sessions help me unwind and sleep better. The time flies by in every class, and the practice is a great balance of movement and strength-building. I truly enjoy every session and always look forward to the next one!
