During my Yin classes you will feel relaxed and energised at the same time. A Yin practice is a time to work deeply on ourselves on all levels, it is like a long meditation. The perfect practice to charge up your batteries!
My Vinyasa classes are on the other hand dynamic and powerful. You will feel your heart beat faster and most certainly break a sweat. For each Asana I give several options from beginner to advanced yogis so all are welcome!
My name is Christel and I have been practicing for over 20 years. Qualified as an instructor in 2019 I have been teaching ever since. French originally I moved back to France in 2023 after spending 28 years in the UK. My passion is to help people feel better in their own skin by teaching my two favourite forms of yoga: Vinyasa and Yin. My students love my fun and caring style. I now teach in studios in France and online for British students.
My other passions are mountains, animals, dancing, golf and healthy lifestyle 💗
