Angela Goodwin
Angela is passionate about yoga since taking her first class in 1998 and she has been teaching since 2013 with over 5,000 teaching hours delivered in various styles including Ashtanga, Hatha, Slow Flow, Vinyasa Flow, Restorative and Yin yoga as well as mindfulness meditation.
Angela was first drawn to yoga to help manage her anxiety and panic attacks; yoga offered a welcome sanctuary away from the stresses of life.
Angela's classes have a friendly, relaxed, informal atmosphere to provide nourishment for the body and soul. Her classes have a nurturing style with focus on the sensations in the body and the feelings of the breath to cultivate a state of mindfulness.
Angela offers students the opportunity to be curious, explore and play! She offers alternatives and modifications throughout the class to enable you to find the best posture to suit your body. Always with the underlying intention to find calm, peace and acceptance both on and off the mat.
