Hi there!
Yoga is wholesome self-care for body, mind, and spirit. I am passionate about helping others create healthy self-care routines. I absolutely love teaching yoga as I see transformation in students within a session whether it is a challenging yin class, a wholesome traditional yoga class, a lovely and relaxing yoga nidra, or a short mantra and meditation practise. Yoga is for every body and everyone no matter the level of experience or the amount of time available.
In 2015 I was made redundant and decided to travel to New Zealand to study traditional yoga. What a learning curve! I have been teaching yoga since June 2015 and am combining it with my passions: Gardening and helping others to achieve their goals through life coaching.
Learning never stops and I have deepened my yoga knowledge gaining additional qualifications in yin yoga, mantra and meditation, yoga nidra, and personal training.
All these practices are powerful and I hope to share them with you.
