I’m a 200-hour certified yoga teacher with a background in personal training and nutrition, which deeply informs the way I guide movement and rest. My classes are designed to help you build strength, improve mobility, and reconnect with your body in a sustainable way.

I offer a blend of vinyasa, slow flow, hatha, yin, and meditation, creating classes that balance effort and ease. You can expect thoughtful sequencing, clear guidance, and space to tune into your own rhythm.

My intention is to create a supportive environment where you can move with awareness, build confidence in your body, and leave feeling both grounded and refreshed.
