I’m a certified 200HR yoga teacher offering inclusive, gentle, and occasionally dynamic Hatha and Vinyasa classes. My teaching style encourages a sense of ease and comfort, while also gently empowering students to explore new movements and build confidence on the mat. Having discovered yoga while navigating the pressures of a high-stress corporate job, I’m passionate about creating space for others to unwind, reconnect, and experience the mental and physical benefits of a consistent practice.
