Hiya, I’m Emma 👋
I teach Yoga that’s all about slowing down, feeling better in your body, and making space for a bit of calm.
As someone who lives with chronic pain, Yoga became a gentle, positive way for me to reconnect with my body, and now I love sharing that with others.
Come as you are—we’ll breathe, stretch, strengthen and maybe even enjoy ourselves a wee bit. 💛
FAQ'S
Are these classes suitable for beginners or if I’m not very mobile?
Absolutely! We’ll take it slow, with options and alternatives built in. You have the option to have your camera on or off, and you can always switch on your microphone to ask a question.
Which class will best suit my practice needs?
If you want a meditation-based practice to soothe your nervous system and increase your flexibility/mobility - go for Yin.
If you’re looking for a more dynamic practice with strengthening and flow built in - Vinyasa is the one for you!
What do I need to bring/have?
A soft and stable surface (ideally a yoga mat), any blocks or props you already own are great but feel free to substitute with towels, blankets and pillows. You’ll need at least 2 pillows/cushions for Yin Yoga. Other than that, just bring yourself and let the practice meet you where you are!
