Hi! I teach Traditional Hatha Yoga. In other words: slow ancient wisdom for busy modern lives ✨
My classes focus on calming the mind + building energy over perfecting poses. You could call it Yoga for Meditation because meditation is where every class ends.
I began practising Yoga 11 years ago while experiencing loneliness, depression and anxiety. Yoga has healed me onto a path of living out my dream life.
Yoga practised authentically is the ultimate self-empowerment tool. My classes use Asana as a foundation to explore and refine deeper Tantric Hatha techniques, like Pranayama, Bandha, Mudra and Kriya, so that you can live your most empowered and joyful life too.
I'm also a certified pre- and post-natal Yoga teacher, because I'm passionate about supporting women at all stages of life.
