Hi! I’m Kayleigh, a Hatha yoga, breathwork + meditation teacher. I blend science-backed breathwork with traditional pranayama to regulate the nervous system, calm your mind, and navigate busy modern life with more ease.
My classes focus on mindful movement, conscious breathing, and meditation — less about perfect poses, more about using the breath to feel grounded and clear.
I began practising 11 years ago during a time of loneliness, depression and anxiety. Breathwork and yoga helped me find my way back to myself.
I’m also a neuroscientist and certified pre- and post-natal teacher, passionate about empowering women at every stage of life.
