Kayleigh Goodman

Hi! I teach breath-led Hatha Yoga. In other words, calming practices for busy modern lives.

My classes focus on breathwork, mindful movement, and cultivating focus over chasing perfect poses.

Each session closes with meditation, so breath and stillness become the heart of your practice.

My own practice began 11 years ago during a time of loneliness, depression, and anxiety. Breath and Hatha taught me how to come back to myself. Practised with care, Pranayama (breathwork) and Asana (Yoga poses) are powerful tools for self-empowerment and joy.

I’m also a certified pre- and post-natal teacher, committed to supporting women through every stage of life.

Fantastic class with Kayleigh. The environment was friendly and welcoming and she made me feel comfortable throughout. The class was well paced and restorative. I can’t wait to continue developing my practice with her.

I tend to get a little self-conscious when it comes to exercise (especially when I’m new to something). I’ve been keen to try yoga for a while, both for the mental and physical benefits, but live classes fill me with anxiety. I decided to look for an online coach and came across Kayleigh through a mutual friend’s Instagram. She has such a calming presence and immediately put me at ease. I felt seen and supported throughout my sessions, and my confidence in my yoga practice is already growing. It’s still early in my journey, but I’m sure I’ve found the perfect instructor for me. I couldn’t recommend her highly enough!
