Hi! I teach breath-led Hatha Yoga. In other words, calming practices for busy modern lives.
My classes focus on breathwork, mindful movement, and cultivating focus over chasing perfect poses.
Each session closes with meditation, so breath and stillness become the heart of your practice.
My own practice began 11 years ago during a time of loneliness, depression, and anxiety. Breath and Hatha taught me how to come back to myself. Practised with care, Pranayama (breathwork) and Asana (Yoga poses) are powerful tools for self-empowerment and joy.
I’m also a certified pre- and post-natal teacher, committed to supporting women through every stage of life.
