Your body doesn't just need movement, it needs balance.

In my Yin & Yang classes, we flow with strength, then sink into stillness, creating space for both energy and deep rest.

We awaken the body through dynamic movement (Yang) and nourish the nervous system through slow, grounding poses (Yin). So, a practice that feels powerful, soothing and deeply nourishing.

In our day-to-day lives, we usually spend more time in our Yang (active) energy. That’s why it’s so important to also nurture your Yin (restorative) energy. To dive deeper into the Yin, we first activate the Yang, so we can fully relax afterwards.
