Joanna teaches Somatic Yoga — a gentle yet deeply effective approach that weaves together somatic movement, yoga, mindfulness, and compassion-based practices to support the body and mind to unwind, rebalance, and restore. Her classes offer a space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and build quiet strength through presence and awareness.
With extensive training in Ashtanga, Yin, and Somatic Yoga, as well as mindfulness, compassion practices, and pranayama (breathwork), Joanna brings a wealth of knowledge and lived experience to her teaching. Drawing on her background in education and mindfulness, she teaches with warmth, clarity, and real-life understanding.
Her classes are calm and nurturing, guiding you to sense your body from within and move with curiosity rather than striving. Each session supports nervous system regulation, releases tension, and restores balance through gentle, embodied movement and rest.
Joanna’s approach is inclusive and kind — a soft landing place to breathe, find balance, and feel more at home in yourself.
