My passion for Pilates began in 1999 when I trained with Michael King of the Pilates Institute and I became interested in the mind body benefits of yoga soon after, completing various training, culminating in my L4 Yoga Diploma.
I completed my 200-hour Yoga teacher training in the UK three years ago and have worked at various gyms since, teaching different abilities. I love practising yoga outside in nature and have a passion for travelling the world.
In my teens, I was an aspiring swimmer but it was discovered I had serious hip deformities. In my 20's I was told I had chronic arthritis and needed both hips replaced within the year. It was then that I discovered yoga
I was first drawn to Yoga in because it offered a welcome inner sanctuary away from the stress and anxieties of hectic life. I have a first class BSc (Hons) in Psychology and I enjoy exploring the similarities between Mindfulness and Yoga.

Our teachers have a valid yoga insurance to teach in the UK. Some teachers chose BWY or Yoga Alliance for their insurance, and others companies like Insure4sport.
All our teachers are self-employed and can teach online or in-person. Most of them hold many diplomas, and they still take classes with more experienced teachers.
