My style is gentle, restorative and naturally somatic – designed to meet you where you are, whether on the mat or chair.
After 20 years of classic yoga, I now teach movement, breathwork and meditation rooted in traditional yogic wisdom.
As a registered 580-hour yoga therapist, working in group and one-to-one settings, I use the tools of yoga to support physical and emotional wellbeing – whether you're managing a health condition, burnout or feeling stuck, there's a practice that can help.
Join me for chair yoga, where I make mindful movement accessible to all. I regularly work closely with older adults, people with movement disorders and chronic health conditions and those more comfortable moving from a chair.
You can also book a one-to-one yoga therapy or yoga nidra session, to let go of physical or mental stress and support your individual needs. Yoga has many powerful tools for healing, growth and transformation and I'd love to share these with you.
