My style is gentle, restorative and naturally somatic – designed to meet you where you are, whether on the mat or chair.
I've had a 20-year journey with classic yoga, leading me to teach movement, breathwork and meditation practices rooted in traditional yogic wisdom. As a registered yoga therapist, working in group and one-to-one settings, I use the tools of yoga to support physical and mental wellbeing – whether you're managing a health condition, burnout or feeling stuck.
Join me for chair yoga class, where I make mindful movement accessible to all. I work closely with older adults, people with movement disorders and chronic health conditions and those more comfortable moving from a chair.
