YOGA FOR HOT EMOTIONS AND HOT FLUSHES

Are you experiencing the shifts of perimenopause or menopause?

Join a class specifically designed to cool you down - physically and emotionally.

We will check in briefly at the beginning of the class to connect and then move through a sequence designed to take the heat out of your feelings.

We will then settle into a calming and cooling practice followed by a relaxing savasana that will support your sleep (a common problem in perimenopause).

Expect to leave with simple techniques for cooling the body and calming the mind off the mat as well.

We include sound meditation (Crystal and Tibetan bowls) in the savasana. In-ear headphones or similar are recommended, as is a bolster or a rolled-up large towel for support.

Caroline runs Menopause Yoga London and was trained by Petra Coveney, who founded Menopause Yoga.

She runs a companion class around anxiety and fatigue.
