MENOPAUSE YOGA FOR ANXIETY & FATIGUE

Are you experiencing the emotional shifts of perimenopause or menopause?

Join a class specifically designed to help you find some peace.

We will check in briefly at the beginning of the class to connect, and then we will move through a sequence designed to help you feel more grounded and calm your mind.

We will end with a relaxing savasana to support your sleep (a common problem in perimenopause).

Expect to leave with some simple techniques you can use off the mat to help relieve symptoms.

We include sound meditation (Crystal and Tibetan bowls) in the savasana. In-ear headphones or similar are recommended, as is a bolster or a rolled-up large towel for support.

Caroline runs workshops as Menopause Yoga London. She was trained by Petra Coveney, who founded Menopause Yoga.

She runs a companion class to help with hot emotions and hot flushes.
