Our selection of wellness activities with our friendly and experienced instructors

Organising yoga and wellness classes for your residents will help them stay longer in the properties. Your residents will appreciate the convenience of being able to join yoga classes in the same building and, in addition to the savings they'll make on yoga classes, they'll also be able to connect, become friends, and enjoy living side by side.

We provide sessions on the following six wellness activities: Flow Yoga, Desk Yoga, Breathwork, Pilates, Meditation, and Sound Bath. We also offer yoga discovery programs for other types of yoga: Kundalini, Ashtanga, Iyengar, Yin, Somatic yoga, and Restorative yoga.

1. Flow Yoga Class

What is Flow Yoga?

Flow Yoga is a type of yoga practised in most yoga studios and gyms across the UK. It involves a series of poses that smoothly transition from one to another, coordinated with breathing. A slow-paced version of Flow Yoga is sometimes called Hatha Yoga, and a dynamic version of Flow Yoga is Vinyasa Yoga.

2. Breathing Exercises

3. Pilates

What is Pilates?

  • A bit of space to move

4. Meditation

What is Meditation?

Meditation is a practice where an individual uses techniques such as mindfulness or focusing the mind on a particular object, thought, or activity to train attention and awareness, achieving a mentally clear and emotionally calm state. We provide guided meditation sessions by one of our experienced teachers for 30 minutes to one hour.

5. Sound Bath

What is a Sound Bath?

A sound bath is a form of sound therapy where participants are "bathed" in the sound waves of gongs and singing bowls, creating a deeply meditative state. It’s an immersive experience that can help alleviate stress and promote relaxation.

  • Headphones or quality speakers for clear sound
  • A comfortable place to lie down or sit

6. Yoga Discovery

Besides Flow yoga, a form of Vinyasa yoga practised in most yoga studios and gyms, we provide classes in specific yoga types. We believe everyone is different, and there isn't a one-size-fits-all type of yoga. You can help students practice more often by having them try out different types of yoga: Kundalini, Ashtanga, Iyengar, Yin, Somatic yoga and Restorative yoga. We can organise a week-long yoga discovery program with a different type of yoga every day or a different type of yoga once a week.
