Gentle strengthening and restorative yoga, with an emphasis on finding yourself and your body post-birth.
Babies more than welcome, and any interruptions for feedings, nappy changes etc, are expected and encouraged.
We'll spend a few minutes at the beginning of the session discussing how your body is restoring post-birth, so that I can tailor the session to you and your needs. Suitable from 6 weeks after a vaginal birth, or 8 weeks after a c-section.

Eleanor Stowe
I specialise in two areas: running, and perinatal health. My classes focus on form, alignment and deep meditation, so that you can feel at peace with your body and your mind.
