In this class we hold poses for a longer period of time from 2 minutes to 10 minutes. We focus on strengthening our deep tissues such as ligaments, tendons, and bones and bring awareness to our inner wellbeing. We alternate with moving poses.

Join me for a refreshing but challenging yin yang class. In my yin yang classes meditation, breathing, or mantra are used as well.

Please have props available such as a strap (or scarf), bolster (or rolled up blanket), blocks, and blanket. Make sure you are wearing enough layers to stay warm and have water available.

Please note:

Do not practise yoga on a full stomach.

Yin is suitable for anyone who does not suffer from major ailments. If you enjoy holding poses for a long period of time but are suffering from ailments please choose a restorative class instead.
