Sunday Morning Yoga based Breathwork Session.
This class is suitable for people who'd like mind and body relaxation and restoration. I adjust the class along the session to the level of the practitioners by giving lots of variations so therefore anyone is welcome.
We start with Pawanmuktasana - gentle and restorative yoga series to warm up, followed by grounding then continue with calming, balancing and energising breathing practices.
You would need a yoga mat and a yoga block, cushion or a chair to sit on. Do keep a warm blanket or jumper nearby too.
It's always good idea to drink boiled and cooled down water before the session and delay having your breakfast until after the session.
