In this class we focus on bringing awareness to our connection between body, mind, and spirit. This is a wholesome class incorporating many practises such as postures, breathing, mantra, and meditation or yoga nidra.

Please ensure you wear enough layers to be warm, have something to drink close by, and have props to support yourself where you need such as a pillow or cushion, bolster, strap or scarf, and/ or blocks.
