Traditional Yoga - Open Level
Traditional Yoga with Ingrid Van OostromThis is a 45 minute class to start out the day with self-care. Focusing on movement, mindfulness, and meditation to set ourselves up with clarity and energy for the day ahead.
Please ensure you wear enough layers to be warm, have something to drink close by, and have props to support yourself where you need such as a pillow or cushion, bolster, strap or scarf, and/ or blocks.
