Laura Waddoups

Hi, my name is Laura. I teach mostly slow flow yoga asana and pranayama & meditation classes. My classes are friendly and welcoming and open to all. I believe time on the mat should give us the chance to get to know ourselves, to move and feel better and to discover what we are capable of through the breath and yoga poses.

We’ll breathe, move and smile (hopefully!) and recalibrate at the end. I believe in balance – movement with stillness, strength with flexibility, effort with ease. There is a lot of strength in knowing, and realising, when to stop and when to go.

I teach with a combination of alignment details, modifications and the space to explore, allowing you to have the chance to experience your own yoga practice :)
