In this class we'll be working on the drills needed to achieve the front and middle splits. The class will include mobility drills, lengthening and strengthening.
If you wish to have a more intense workout please bring:
yoga wheel
ankle weights
booty band
*everyone will need yoga blocks
You do not need to be able to do the splits to attend this class but if it's something you're aiming towards then this class will be perfect for you.
