Yoga is far more than a physical practice for me. In my classes we learn to combine breath with movement to help us relax and stay in the present moment. Through connecting with the body and finding stillness in the mind we are able to benefit from a deeper sense of calm.
I completed my Yoga Teacher Training in Madurai, India at the Sivananda Ashram, where I deepened my understanding of yoga as a philosophy for life. As a complete system of personal growth and self development.
