I specialise in high energy Vinyasa Flow, Power Yoga and Yoga Sculpt: classes designed to build functional strength, fire up your core and move you with intention.
Every 'yang' needs its 'yin', however. To help you find true balance, I also lead deeply restorative Yin Yoga, Breathwork and Meditation sessions - with a particular focus on Yoga for IBS and similar digestive health conditions.
Whether we’re sweating through a powerful flow or finding stillness in meditation, I want you to leave the mat feeling stronger, more focused and completely grounded.
