Yoga for Skaters with Danielle Davis🛹 Get ready to flow, balance, and strengthen with our "Yoga for Skaters" class!
Skateboarding, longboarding, roller skating, or surfskating – we welcome all types of skaters.
What to Expect:
- 🧘♂️ Boost mobility and flexibility
- ⚖️ Find your balance on and off the board
- 💪 Strengthen muscles
- 🤕 Injuries holding you back from skating your heart out, let's help prevent them in the future
No matter if you're a yoga pro or just starting out, all levels are welcome.
The studio also has all mats and props.
