Enjoy a 60 minute Hatha Yoga class with me and experience the benefits that it can make to your overall well-being. This is a beginners class and all poses can be suited to anyone.

We’ll start with a grounding and gentle warm up before we move into classical sun salutations and asana poses . We’ll finish off with a restful shavasana (relaxation), pranayama (breathwork) and silent sitting. I’ll be guiding you through everything so there’s no need to have prior knowledge or experience.

A yoga mat is a must. You may also want to have a block or pile of books for support (I’ll show you the best ways to use these).


This is a live in person class based in Inverness.
