Over the years, through extensive travels across more than one hundred countries, the Tibetan universe kept reappearing in unexpected ways. Although the connection was always present, it took time for the right conditions to arise.

In 1997, in Darwin, I met my first teacher, Geshela Thubten Tenzin, and entered an intensive period of meditation, study, and reflection that deeply marked my path, even if I did not fully understand it at the time.

After years of moving away and returning, and facing the consequences of losing direction, a turning point came in 2015, when Tibetan yogas entered my life in a direct and powerful way, through authentic teachers and transmissions.

Since then, I have continued to deepen both practice and study, reconnecting step by step with the foundations of Buddhism.

Today, after ten years of transmission, my approach reflects a natural integration of teachings from both sūtra and tantra, offering a clear and grounded path for those who wish to explore Tibetan yogas and meditation.

As a French teacher, I teach in simple English through both live online classes and recorded programs on my online platform. I offer regular classes as well as teacher training courses.
