My signature class - the one people come back for time and again.

The first half of the class is a gentle flow to burn off any excess energy. We then transition to the floor for a yin-based practice to release tension and work with our flexibility and fascia. We then come into some gentle restorative postures to slow down the body and mind and give that ultimate relaxed and blissed-out feeling—preparing you for a great night's sleep.

This class is perfect for home practice - you can roll straight into bed afterwards!

MENOPAUSE YOGA

Are you experiencing the emotional and physical shifts of perimenopause?

I run my signature workshop, The Perimenopause and Beyond, monthly in person in London (www.menopauseyogalondon.co.uk).

However, many women enjoy the support of a regular class, and I run two online - HOT EMOTIONS & HOT FLASHES and ANXIETY & FATIGUE.

What can I expect?

We will check in briefly at the beginning of the class to connect, and then we will move through a sequence designed to address some common symptoms.

We will then settle into a calming practice and relaxing savasana that will support your sleep (a common problem in perimenopause).

We include sound meditation (Crystal and Tibetan bowls) in the savasana. In-ear headphones or similar are recommended, as is a bolster or a rolled-up large towel for support.

I was trained IN MY by Petra Coveney, who founded Menopause Yoga.

My Yin training was with Norman Blair.
