Experience and Training
Caroline has been practising yoga for over 20 years, finding it a powerful way to stretch and strengthen the body and quieten the mind. In 2021, she deepened her commitment to the practice by becoming a qualified Hatha Yoga instructor. She has also trained with Norman Blair in Yin Yoga and Petra Coveney in Menopause Yoga, equipping her to support students through various life stages and challenges.
Perimenopause & Beyond
Caroline’s journey through perimenopause, marked by anxiety and the challenges of lockdown, inspired her to create classes and workshops that not only address specific symptoms but also encourage self-awareness. Her teaching is centred on a somatic approach, helping students tune into their bodies and develop interoception for a deeper connection to their physical and emotional health.
Other Classes
Caroline also teaches various online and offline classes. She is a big fan of 4Beat, a new dynamic style that is becoming increasingly popular in London (where she is based)--known for its integration of music with the breath.
