I’ve been practising yoga for over twenty years and teach Vinyasa Flow, Yin, Yin–Yang, and Yoga Nidra. I feel fortunate to have trained in Yin Yoga with one of the founders of the practice, which has deeply shaped how I share it.
I also run Menopause Yoga, taught online in classes and occasionally in-person workshops. I am trained and qualified in this specialism, which offers supportive practices for common experiences in perimenopause and beyond, including sleep, mood, energy, and physical changes.
My teaching style blends yoga’s roots and philosophy with a modern, functional approach — adapting poses to fit each unique body, rather than the other way around. I’m especially interested in how yoga can support mental and emotional wellbeing as much as physical health, using practice to explore the connection between body, mind, and feelings.
Based in Hackney, Manor House, I bring a warm, inclusive approach to every class and look forward to welcoming you to the practice.
