I’ve been practising yoga for over twenty years and teach Vinyasa Flow, Yin, Yin–Yang, and Yoga Nidra. My teaching is deeply informed by Yin Yoga training with one of the founders of the practice, which continues to shape how I share and adapt yoga for every body.
I specialise in Menopause Yoga, having trained and qualified with Petra Coveney, who developed this pioneering approach. These classes offer supportive, evidence-informed practices to ease common experiences in perimenopause and beyond — from changes in sleep, mood, and energy to the physical shifts that accompany this stage of life. I teach both online Menopause Yoga classes and in-person workshops, creating spaces where women can rest, rebalance, and reconnect with themselves.
My approach blends yoga’s roots and philosophy with a modern, functional understanding of anatomy — encouraging you to adapt poses to your unique body, rather than the other way around. I’m especially interested in how yoga supports mental and emotional well-being alongside physical health, helping us use the practice to reconnect body, mind, and feelings.
Based in Manor House, Hackney, I bring a warm, inclusive style to every class and look forward to welcoming you to the practice.
