“My yoga journey started 16 years ago. After suffering from Insomnia and bouts of Irritable Bowel Syndrome I found a 6-week Ashtanga yoga class. In 2011 I did my 200-hour yoga teacher training course and shortly after I had an aneurism, and had brain surgery.”
