This 30-minute class is dedicated to gently awakening your body and mind. Through the combination of mindful movement and conscious breathing, you will experience a renewed sense of energy and mental clarity. Dress comfortably, roll out your mat, and get ready to embrace the day ahead with a refreshed and focused mindset.

Pillows, cushions, bolsters, blocks, belts, rolled up towels and blankets all make good props if required to support or enhance your practice, although there is no specific requirement for any of these things.
