The Course

We have created this amazing course on guided relaxation and Nidra facilitation. It's designed for yoga teachers, meditation teachers, wellness professionals, and anyone looking to deepen their personal practice. The course covers everything from the history and philosophy of Nidra to crafting powerful scripts and creating the right ambiance for a rejuvenating experience. What's really impressive is that it goes beyond just teaching you the "how," but also delves into the "why" and the science behind relaxation and its transformative power for stress relief and healing. The hands-on training it offers equips you to tailor sessions to different audiences, making it accessible and comforting for everyone. This skill set can open up opportunities to grow your wellness business or enhance corporate and community wellness programs.

You will be required to submit an assignment within one month of the course day end, and upon completion, you will be sent a certificate to showcase your new skills.

This course is accredited by the Yoga Alliance and will give you 10 hours of Yoga Teacher Training.

Objective Of This Course

In this course, our main objective is to deepen your understanding of Yoga Nidra and equip you with the necessary tools to teach it effectively. We will delve into the history of Nidra, exploring its roots in ancient yogic texts and how it has evolved over time. Understanding the origins of Nidra will provide you with valuable insight into the practice and help you appreciate its profound effects on overall well-being.

As you progress through the course, we will guide you on how to teach Yoga Nidra classes with confidence and skill. You will learn how to create a safe and welcoming space for your students, cultivate a soothing atmosphere, and use your voice to induce relaxation. We will share tips on how to adapt the practice to different audiences and customise it to meet individual needs. By the end of the course, you will feel empowered to lead Nidra sessions that leave your students feeling rejuvenated, balanced, and at peace.

Furthermore, we will help you plan and sequence your Nidra classes effectively. You will learn how to structure a session from beginning to end, including the preparation, relaxation techniques, guided imagery, and gradual awakening. We will explore various themes and intentions that you can incorporate into your classes, such as stress relief, emotional healing, and spiritual growth. By mastering the art of class planning and sequencing, you will be able to create transformative Nidra experiences that resonate deeply with your students.

Upon completion of this course, you will be issued with a Yoga Nidra Teacher Certificate.
