Join this friendly, live and in-person Ashtanga, Primary Series group. You'll feel part of a group community but from the comfort of your own home.

We do 6-7 Sun Salutations to start and get through (almost) the whole Series (bar a few vinyasas). With cues provided to help you improve week on week.

The first Tuesday of each month we have a go at the Ashtanga Second Series, with plenty of modifications.

This is a really mixed group, with some people only just starting out and some people who have practiced with me for a few years.

Don't worry, if you're running late, or need to leave early. That's the beauty of online. You'll be automatically entered with your mic on mute, so just start when you can, and leave when you need to. We have people building up to the full series, who just join for first 30-45 minutes.
