I became a yoga teacher because I wanted others to experience the peace, joy and healing that yoga has given me.

In my classes, I aim to improve strength and flexibility in the body, and to encourage self -awareness and stillness in the mind. You will learn gentle flows and traditional postures, combined with breathing and relaxation techniques. Allow me to share with you the things I have learned in my 20 years of practicing yoga.

I loved the way yoga made me feel from the very first time I stepped onto the mat. I loved the way it taught me how to be in the present moment and leave all my worries behind whilst in the class. I always went home feeling calm and positive. Slowly, I began to change for the better, not only in a physical way, but mentally and spiritually too.

Yoga has kept me balanced throughout some of the toughest times in my life. It has helped me to overcome negative thinking, stress and anxiety. It has taught me how to look after my body and the importance of self -care. It can do the same for you.

  • Be prepared to go on a wonderful journey, where you will discover that there is so much more to yoga than just the postures.
